Dogs of War

Just starting to play Warhammer Fantasy.

Guys from the local warhammer league here suggested I subscribe to this forum for help. Dogs of War armies are allowed in tournaments and game days here. Conversions are welcomed and I was told many would want to see my Norse/Viking themed army since no one else around here plays one.

I just PM'd BilboBaggins for the Care Package zip.

I do have one question.

Was the 1998 copy of 'Dogs of War' the last "official book" printed for this army ?

Any chance it will be reprinted after the upcoming new rules edition is released for retail ?

To your question, yes, the 1998 armybook was indeed the last (and at the same time the first) full armybook for the dogs of war. After it we were supported with a few pdfs containing the armylist and rules plus a few white dwarf articles with new regiments of renown. But as you already know, Bilbo is THE source for that!

Until now we (or at least I) don't know, if we get a renewed pdf for our mercenaries, but I tend to no... GW was trying to avoid us for a few years now, and I don't think the 8th ed. will change alot with it.
But who knows, maybe they are preparing a surprise for us?
