If any of you read the Word of Hashut you know it seems to be impossible for me to ever get a ezine out on time. So with that said why should Gold and Glory be any different?

Thanks for all your patience folks as this one has been a bit of a haul for me with everything going on in my life. No excuse I know but as with many things it is what it is.

Inside this awesome issue you will find a wealth of great art, and articles and a great battle report to boot. There is an amazing amount of content so as I often say I wont ruin it for everyone.

I also want to thank the entire group that helped work on this, you can see all of the folks who contributed inside of the ezine itself.

For those that want a bit smaller of a file you can download the low resolution one here: http://www.mediafire.com/file/tlizjouomj...ry_4lr.pdf

For those inclined to using Issuu: (this will be uploaded shortly).

Willmark

Sweet. Great work. Too bad about that battle report going south for our Dogs of War. Friggin Dark Elves....
Now it's up to Baumann to start spreading the word.

Fair use and all, if you'd like I can always edit it and remove those photos.

Basically if you load something to the internet you are allowing the whole world to see it. If no one is making money off of your images you'd be hard pressed to win anything in court then its a case of whose laws are we talking on the internet?

Suffice of to say we dont ask and rather keep it a secret to have a great impact when its released. Unless you're saying we shouldn't surprise you. Smile

Funny, that basically my life motto Big Grin
Well its such an interesting issue mainly due to the nature of the internet itself. Oh sure there is the standard Google disclaimer for instance about imagery and the like...

Funny thing is I respect a persons IP more then most people you'll find. Ask Xander over at CDO.
This issue is really just great. The modeling section with the tower has actually inspired me to make one of my own, and the conversion section with both the pikemen and the Bearmen is spectacular. A follow up in converting some Empire Crossbowmen/spearmen in the same manner as the pikemen to make the Lost Legion would be just perfect.

As for the battle report... Yikes! I really want to get my stuff together enough to take some pictures, document a battle, and be a part of this wonderful project!

Also, I have to ask, what are the magazine plans for the coming edition? is another one going to come out before it is released, or is there going to be enough time left after the new editions release to perhaps put out an 8th edition 'spectacular', covering how Dogs of war will run and what has changed?
Great read as always guys....
Shane- not sure. Right now I'm back to work on Word of Hashut so I'm not sure what will happen with Gold and Glory. Suffice of to say I will have done 5 ezines since January by the time July rolls around...
