Comes out to about 2002. The only problem I see is against monsters and real magic heavy armies but in 8th Ed magic shouldnt be as much of a problem. Very much an avoidance list with the Manflayers and Fighting Cocks and Crossbowmen to shoot
Is there any particular reason for the upgrades on the Duellists? Pistols in 7th edition, counting as both an extra hand weapon and getting stand and shoot goodness are like the universal "must have" Duellist weapon.
Musician possibly isn't bad, but it's expensive and more likely that Duellists will be wiped out. Champion is just another expensive upgrade who doesn't bring that much to the Duellists who are really screens/throw away units.

This goes for the Xbowmen as well. Spending unnecessary points on command on a unit that shouldn't be in combat, or taking too many casualties.

I would be wary having my general on a Pegasus that is going to be shot down. He actually seems out of place, considering the only units that would use his leadership would be duellists. Wizard Lord may serve you better in this type of list. If you want to keep the General, perhaps mount him on a Horse and stick him in the Venators.

A Captasus however is a fine cheap alternative to Asarnil the Dragonlord. Not sure if he is since you don't list equipment on the Captain.
Where are you putting your Paymaster--with the Duellists?

Your list sounds interesting, kind of a Nordic Dogs of War theme. With Someone2040's corrections, your force should be pretty good!

(If you have enough points from these changes, you might think about taking a Light Cavalry unit, to give you some mobility.)
