Is Marco Colombo still the Merchant Prince of Trantio, or has he entered into history? If he is no longer the prince, does anyone know who is?
And, has Trantio annexed what used to be Miragliano, after the Skaven overran it? Or, is the Prince (or council?) of Miragliano ruling their court from exile?
In the timeline in the dogs of war book it says he 'discovers' Lustria in 1492. He isn't immortal so it would be safe to assume that he's long dead. Current date is about 2525 ish. I'm not sure on the exact date. I'm not sure who is the current one though.
I also doubt that the Skaven have overrun Miragliano, as it is one of the biggest principalities, but I might be wrong. The Skaven did overrun Tobaro but it was retaken.
Miragliano was destroyed by the Skaven in 2522 according to White Dwarf 266 (UK). That's the current last word on the status of Miragliano as far as I know.

So, do you think the ruler(s) of Trantio would try to extend their influence over what used to be Miragliano? Or, would the descendants of the Miragliano rulers lead a government-in-exile, like the relatives of the Tsar?
Of course, in reality, there would probably be a buffer zone between Skavenblight and Trantio, where each side tried to exert its influence and control.

Yeah, Tilea finally enters the doom-and-gloom, end of the world mentality that everyone else has with full scale war against the Skaven.
Actually, if you read the new Skaven book, it has a lot of good little snippets, such as areas where the Skaven are so fearless they walk above ground in the daylight amongst humans.
