Why are you elevating Hengus? He's only a level one (thanks to a magic item, at that), hardly a 'Lord Druid'.
My advice would be to avoid the Arthurian myth if at all possible, especially as you have several characters drawn from it but no units.
It's now been updated because of what Solaris pointed out.
Looks alright so far, I would do the following though:
- Remove Lancelot (based on the arthurian legend which is already taken by the brets)
- Add frenzies woad raiders
- Add headhurlers/slingers/javelinmen
- Add a warband unit (spears, shields)
- Remove war dog chariots (why would you use dogs when you have horses?)
- Replace battering ram with stone thrower (how is a battering ram supposed to kill troops anyway?)

The idea approaches to have the Albs (Albions? Albites?) as an Allied Contingent for the Brets. That's probably a different project, though.
Might wanna replace the Berserkers with the Woad Raiders. Same basic idea, they're just not getting any Norse into our Celts here.
Looking around, it seems that the Celts made use of small horses to draw their chariots rather than big destriers. If they had big horses, they wouldn't be using chariots... except in Warhammer. That might be inspiring him to utilize war dogs for his chariots.
I know Orion and the Wood Elves already covers some of this myth, but it'd be kinda neat to see a Master of the Wild Hunt type character in a chariot (though not necessarily a dog-drawn chariot).
I agree with replacing the battering ram with a stone thrower. A ram is too specialized.
I'm a big fan of not having just two Rare choices, and you don't have the Fen Beast in there. Why not put the Fen Beast in the army, as it's something GW put out?
Right so I have now updated the list - the War Platform is a Great Dragon Man with a howdah on top and I have added the Fen Beast. Dragon Men are giants with a dragon's head and the and certain characters can ride a Marsh Dragon. The new hero special characters are the High King's Banner Bearer, the Master of the High King's Hunt and also the Champion of the Kenrit Clan. And as for the Spear and Shield unit and the Javelin unit, they are the Fen Guardians so they are included in the list. This will give me and my friend 28 choices which I think is plenty (

)!
Today I start writing the rules so a first draft should be up in the not to far future (I am also finishing of my Mountain Elf Army List so I'll speed up once that is all out of the way).

P.S. I am thinking of adding a Lady Nemu type character - sort of like the Fay Enchantress in that she is at the top of the Religious Order and also possibly a Morgana the Fay character.
Don't want to be a killjoy (is that the right expression?), but aren't Rhinoxen beasts from the mountains of mourn?
I would appreciate the idea of some bog lurker, since the Fen Beasts are only summoned. Or something like Swamp Spectres, who drowned in there and now are called by the truthsayers to defend the sacred island? (Or are some old evil spirits)
I was thinking of a sort of Swamp Rhino for the Rinox Chariots so I have now updated the list with a new name for them.
I have had a re-count of units and there is 32 in all.
Urgh, another dragon. I think it's perfectly okay to have them stay an elven thing, and have chariots be the advanced mounts for Alb characters. A part of me wants to see chariots drawn by Irish elk rather than swamp rhinoxen. It might not be too bad an idea to introduce the Firbolg as ogre-types, either.
Bran the Blessed/Bran Fendigaidd might not be a bad idea to replace Arthur as high king of the Albs. I'd let him keep his head.
I wouldn't mind seeing the Black Cauldron make an appearance as a magic item, or more likely a unit type - something like a cross between the Grail Reliquae and the Cursed Company, perhaps.
It has now been updated. Nothing more will be added to the list unless it's a brilliant idea but, I will still keep posting on this thread and please reply. Thank you for your feedback and keep it coming. PM me if you would like to play test for me. Thanks again,
Verezzo
Expect a playtest version on Wednesday.
