This has been up several times already, and members of that site has even been here advertising it. That said, it looks okay is some parts, not so great in others, but considering the time they have been working on it (4+ years) it should be a lot better.
I mostly play with the original PDF files. The ravening hordes lists so to say.
I want to use one of these newer army lists.. but when they are finished! not version 10.100 I want final versions.
(Yes I know... lazy

A list should never really be finished imo, by keeping it in different versions you can easily update it whenever you need to adapt to the gaming environment. Even GW does this with their new editions.
the GW armybooks are also never finished!

They don't do it anywhere near frequently enough though.
And 4 years isn't that long consider how long some of the current books have been out...
4 years for a COMPLETED list isn't that long no, but these guys aren't even finished yet. I don't think if takes GW 4 years to write a half list (especially considering their poor playtesting).
I mean come on, I will have written 4 books, complete with fluff at a 100 pages each in 25% of the time it has taken them to write a basically stat-updated pdf! Yes, I need to get a life, unfortunately I can't buy one (no wall-marts in sweden
