In a Dogs army do Ironguts get to choose magic standards from the Ogre Kingdoms book?
If it's a unit option and you can take that unit, then you also can take the option!
But it's not fluffy!
In the OK book, one unit of Ironguts can, and I believe you can choose one of their banners yes (although god knows why you would want too!!!)

Only if you have something like a paymaster/wizard lord in there that you dont want to get nuked, I often run the runemaw banner on my rhinox or BSB in maneaters.
War Banner is IMO the best choice. Though I'm not sure they really need.
