Hello, all.
Just wanted to introduce myself. I've been playing WHFB for several editions now, since 3rd I believe, and I have started a Dogs of War army. I found this site through some browsing, and it looks like a good resourse to keep tabs on. I want my army to reflect the Condottiere as closely as a Fantasy army will allow, while still retaining some Fantasy elements.
Here is what I have as my core army. I recently got a large batch of the Pikemen from Bartertown.
Mounted General, Paymaster, and 2 wizards.
14 Crossbows (Empire Militia)
10 Duelists (Estallian Swordsmen as the core)
8 Heavy Cavalry (Converted Battlemasters for the most part)
Pirazzo x20
Alcatani x20
Ricco's x25
Halfling Archers x10
Cannon
Hot Pot
I also have the pay wagon, but there is no place for it currently at 2000pts. Should I need to go higher, there is always my 4000pt Dwarf army to draw from, and a 3500pt Empire. It's not painted yet, but I am starting 2 weeks stay-cation, so who knows what I'll be able to knock out.
Cya around,
SMc.
