Boooooooo i don't like wood elves
But i like the painting the green looks great
now all you have to do is add blood red ( just kidding)
love the sod on the tree back
Where's the RED!?!
I like the high lightning, but the elves look a little flat with just green and brown like that. You could try to pick out the details more, like the seams and ropes around the waist.
My red phase is gone, now comes the green.
Beware of the spirits of the wood...unearthly beautiful but deadly and full of hatred to the foes of the woods. The Dryads! Minis are from the "Tales of War"- Range, they look imho much better, than the GW-pendant.
I hope, the ghostly-sheme looks as good on your screen as on my table. The eyes were painted in a glowing orange-red, but my cam couldn't catch this good enough.
How do you like them?
Looking really good, a nice change from all the red!

Well, very nice looking minis! Nicely done! I agree they look much better than those from GW. Have any link for them?
Finished a unit of my favourite Asrai minis, the old Waywatchers. Tried to have the same sheme like the Gladeguard, but wanted to show, that they are very individual and eccentric warriors. Also I see Asrai as very savage and celtic-like warriors. One of those aspects is shown by the warpaint on the faces with the fresh blood of the fallen foes (yes, red is back

).
Enjoy and please give a feedback!

New pix:
The Green Knightas a Dryad Champion- formerly member of a Chaos warband, he lay slayn in the forest until his ancient armour was possesed by a forest spirit, so that he'll serve and protect the forest of Loren in the future. I love the idea of bad guys becoming good
comments welcome!
Cool, love the mini's. I have to say I'm not a big fan of the old treemen, but aside from that, they are extremely well painted. The colours of your GG's blend really well into eachother, it will make an increadibly good-looking themed army.Oh, and I have to ask, how did you get that ghostly green effect? It's like kind of shifting. The Glade Rider Idea is cool, but using the GG bodies without converting them looks a bit too static IMO
1. Thanks
