In our local club we have WHFB league. It is for 2000 pts armies with fixed 1250 pts list(your 1250 points of the amry list must be fixed)

Rules of the league converted from http://glwl.org/glwl.html .

Points:
*wins give 2 points
*draws give 1 point

And no special characters.

We got ten players 2 dark elf, 2 dwarf, 2 Empire, one Lizardmen and one wood elf armies and I will be 11th player with stand alone Kislev army with some additions/modifications (if accepted).

Kislev stand alone army list has those additions:
*can field Hireling wizard (but not Hireling Wizard lord!) but those characters can't be army general and must use Lore of Ice (and choose from Common magic items) otherswide totaly same
*can field Dogs of War Cannon (totaly same one with Dogs of War list 85pts 48'' range d3 wounds rare slot, etc)
*Winged Lancers now have I4 instead of I3
*Ungol Horse Archers have shield as default
*Kislev Kossars have light armour as default
*Both Ungol Horse Archer and Kislev Kossars got +1BS & +1A instead of just +1A (for UHA champion BS5 A2 for Kislev Kossar Champion BS4 A2)
*One(only) Kislev Kossar unit may take Kin of Bear god mark (without fielding Boris Rodhi -he is also special character after all- )
*Grpyhon Legion Champion may take pistol for +3 points instead of replacing it with lance
*Using 7th edtion Empire army book for points of Common Magic Items
*Boyar may take pistol for +6 points instead of +7 points (like 7th edition empire captain)

all remaining things in the army are same.

thanks for spending time and reading and again I will thank for upcoming advices and comments for my Kislev stand alone army against Foes of Tzarina Big Grin
