i like it, it is very smilar to the first list i made.
just a few pointers:
-i would drop the wizzard to lvl.1 he wil not be able to get any spells off
-i wouldent take the halbert with the paymaster you need to protect him so a 2 handed-weapon would not be good maybe take encanted shield
-and i wouldent take full command with 5 knights
i like that you are using many pikemen, i try to do that too, i think they are the coolest unit in our army

If you have only one wizard keep him level 2 or you never will use all your power dice. There is a chance you'll get a spell off.
I personally would go without Lumpin Croop's (Halfling Archers) but then I love halflings.
I would go Champ only in the Knights.
i must disagree with you if you only have one wizzard i see no use in having him lvl.2 because:
-you can send one spell every turn (2 if you use 1 dic for one of the spells)
-your opponent will have the same or more dispell dice than you have power dice
-if he has less be sure he has min. 2 dispell scrols
-you will never get your spell of when you need it to go off because he will just use a scroll when its crusial
-irresisteble force does not happen on a daily basis so dont count on that
-a lvl.1 has the same magic def. as a lvl.2
-and 3 power dice is enough to dispell the most remains in play spells
so that leaves you if your lucky with one spell every battle, and you will never get that spell off when you need it the most, no way im spending 35pts on that!
4 power dice 2 spells do the math.

Your opponent still has to roll to dispel (or use scrolls)
Ok to add a third parties opinion (just to confuse you

)
-I wouldn't bother with the second level on the wizard, at 2000pts its extremly unlikely a single spell PD/spell will make a difference. That 35pts can make a difference elsewhere!
-Paymaster, go defensive, enchanted shield and hell even a barded steed if you can. The only aggressive items you should take are pistols for a stand and shoot.
-The bodyguard if taken, should have enough men for full ranks and a warbanner, otherwise your just relying on the stubborn.
-I'd go with larger pike units, 25+
-Keep full command on the Heavy Cav as i assume your general is going there.
-Instead of the ogres and slayer, i'd take norse with GW and more cavalry. They're in to small a numbers to achieve anything.
To be honest, I don't think this is a very strong list for Dogs of War, which isn't a particulrly strong army to begin with. If you don't already own much of this stuff, it's not too late to swap things around.
Characters - You're allowed 4, but you're only taking 3? Take a 2nd Wizard, at least. Or better yet, reshuffle for a Wizard Lord. Agree with the other commentary on the Paymaster - Enchanted Shield is the way to go for better defense. Also, do you have anything against taking Asarnil?
Core - You're putting a bunch of points in Pikemen, which are very mediocre for their points - if you were to spend those points on Special bricks (Norse, Mengil, Beorg), you'd do much better. Also, if you're taking Heavy Cav with FC, why not upgrade to Volands?
Special - the Maneaters should be a single unit, allowing them to strip ranks. The Paymaster's bodyguard is also very mediocre, and should swap for a better defensive brick (i.e HA&S Dwarves). The Slayers are good - keep them. Anyhow, with Dwarves, Slayers, and Maneaters, you have room for one more Special. As you have multiple Duellist units, you can use Norse / Beorg very effectively. Or you can take Mengil for the Poison attacks if you think you'll face enemy Monsters.
Rare - the Cannon is OK if you know you're up against Chariots, but it's horrible for counter-battery fire. It's cheap, so not the worst way to spend 85 pts. As you've got the spare Rare, you could take an O&G Dogs of War Giant (or two) for more punch.
