How did you bend the body?

I didn't. I cut it in two spots were it bended into the S shape. I then glues some sprues into the inside of the body to strengthen it, and then green stuffed the body back together.

Nicely done conversion! Very tricksy!

The toughest part was the lower gap AFAICR, the neck was fairly easy. I just cut it from the from and shifted it 90 degrees and filled the gap with green stuff.

Try to rebrush the feathers on the griffon, they look a little bit unclean. The dragon-skin is very good!

The dragon is superbly done, I am very impressed.

Snow Leopard looks great I only think you should have given the claws a more natural look. (as natural as griffons come so to say)
