I thought I would share the list I will be taking to an Indy GT this weekend.
Truthsayer
Paymaster - Heavy Armor, Shield, Pistol
Hireling Wizard - Level 2
Mercenary Captain - Pegasus, Heavy Armor, Enchanted Shield, Sword of Might, Brace of Pistols
19 Alcatani Fellowship
18 Leopard Company
10 Crossbows
10 Crossbows
8 Duelists
5 Light Cavalry
2 Leadbelchers
2 Leadbelchers
2 Maneaters - Heavy Armor, Great Weapon, Cathayan Longsword
3 Maneaters - 2 Brace of Handguns, 1 Great Weapon, Heavy Armor
Giant
This is a bit of a switch from what I have run in the past. My old list had 4 Ironguts, a cannon, larger pike blocks, and some Heavy Cav. I dropped those to make room for the Captain on Pegasus, the unit of 2 Maneaters, and the Giant.
Interesting list, I'd swap the Enchanted shield over to the PM though. Maybe go with generic pikes to save some points and bulk out other units.
Do the duellists have pistols?
You should take at least one dispel scroll if possible.
The Duelists do have pistols, I forgot to write that down.
Is it worth it to have the Enchanted Shield on the Paymaster? He has a 3+ in HtH either way. I keep him in the Leopard Company as their Immune to Psych has kept him out of a lot of trouble.
I have thought of using generic pikes, but the cost of Alcatani + Leopolds is similar to 2 units of generic pikes and the Immune to Psych is so useful. It would be about 45 points less for generic pikes. It has been worth the extra points for ItP and the 2 RoR heroes. I'll try another game with that and see what I think though.
I'd like to have a dispel scroll but am not sure what to lose for it. I could take some equipment off of the Captain on Pegasus I guess. It's a new model in the army and I'd like to see what he can do at this point.
Drop Ledbelchers for 1 more crossbow unit and 2 dispel scrolls. Drop Alcatani for 2 units of FCav with spears - you don't have quantity of sacrificial units. And maybe drop captasus for Wiz Lord. Good luck at turney!
I don't think you need a Wizard Lord. Truthsayer I think is much more flexible and helps out more overall. There's no need to go overboard with magic, if he wanted to do that he may as well take armies that can actually kick out a lot of magic firepower more efficiently.

Heavy Armor + Shield = 4+ shooting / 3+ combat
Heavy Armor + E Shield = 3+ shooting / 2+ combat
Assuming of course you're using a hand weapon
I would play test it and decide if you like pike blocks or dwarf blocks better.

You're right! I'd forgotten that the E Shield combines with a hand weapon in 7th. That would be worth switching.

I have been playing with these pikes for a couple of years now and I do really like them. The dwarves are tempting, but I have to drop the Ogres in order to take them. That would really change the feel of the army around.
The general game plan for this army has been to to use the Pike blocks as the center and give the Ogres something to maneuver around. The Leadbelchers typically shoot once (usually at a support unit like Fast Cav) and then become flankers. In that use they are pretty useful.
It seems like you're going with a fast , hard-hitting force. Go all out or make the whole army more of a balanced force. The best thing is lots of playtesting to see how it does.
Much of this force is tailored to the local play environment. Lots of Vamps and lots of Chaos around here. The nice part about that is I don't have to worry too much about being shot up. What makes the Ogres and Leopold's works so well is not having to worry about Fear or the nasty parts of terror with a big chunk of my army.
In fact that was part of why I dropped the Heavy Cav and worked in a Giant. I felt he would do well against all of that Fear/Terror. And if the giant gets shot up, then my ogres and pikes aren't getting shot up.
Nice, don't forget to switch over the E shield to the PM though
