My Estalian Dogs are preparing to colonize Lustria, and thus I went looking for some "local" regiments that could be taken as friendly native allies.
Has anyone ever used the girls here, and if so, how did they fare. Also, are they Core, Special, or Rare do you think?
I don't have my White Dwarf on me right now, but they were either special or rare choice.
Never used them, although I would like to use the Serpent Priestess someday.
Speaking of White Dwarf, Someone2040, didn't you have the issue with Marco Colombo? I was thinking we could use some of his background for the army book.
I will have a dig around and see if I can find the White Dwarf they are featured in.
Also, I believe they are listed in Army Builder also.

Yep, I do have that issue. I think it's much of just the old Lizardmen Marco Columbo Tale as well as any fluff from the old Dogs of War 5th ed book. I can probably write something up at some point though.
As to the original question. It looks like that scribd article is all there is on Anakonda's Amazons. So I daresay that makes them a rare choice by default.
They seem a tad expensive for what they do. Lightly armoured, mediocre ranged attack, strength 4 is alright but nothing special. You can almost have 16 Duellists with pistols for the same points, and I think I would honestly rather the Duellists.
